Francesco joined Vitale in 2017.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the investment banking sector.

He has advised national and international companies and private equity funds in various mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and capital markets transactions in the financial services, fintech, IT, business services and industrial distribution sectors.

Before joining Vitale, Francesco was part of the M&A team at UniCredit and the Financial Services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
