Advised Sanok Rubber on acquisition of stake in BSP Bracket System
IMAP is pleased to announce Sanok Rubber Company S.A. – the European leader in the production of rubber products, rubber-to-metal components, and combinations of rubber with other materials, has acquired a 54% stake in BSP Bracket System, a company specialising in the façade and façade mounting systems in Poland.
